In the pasta shop Pastamanufaktur you can watch how the chefs prepare homemade pasta and sauces from the best ingredients. Pestos, sugos and basic sauces such as olives, olive oil, vinegar and, if desired, the matching Nudelbude wine make dreams of Italy come true. The preparation of the meals from products from biological cultivation stands here in the first place. Only organic flour from Molino Agostini and eggs from free-range chickens from Grömitz are used.
