The upscale Holstein's Restaurant serves North German and international cuisine using seasonal ingredients such as game from local forests, Holstein beef or freshly caught Baltic Sea fish. Regional partnerships minimise delivery routes and, with the support of United Against Waste e.V., food costing is improved and waste reduced. The hotel is also home to a bee colony to help protect the insects.
