Here you can look, feel, feed and ask questions. Can jellyfish hear? Are poisonous pet males really dangerous? Do cat sharks have seven lives? If you dare, you can even pick up a shore crab or one of the common starfish, or touch a shark jaw and the teeth of a porpoise. Often there is the possibility to experience the fascinating world of plankton & Co through a microscope. Afterwards we go to the aquarium room. For children it is a unique experience to watch the voracious flatfish and the always hungry sticklebacks being fed or even to feed the animals themselves once.
