The handmade delicacies, which are produced with much love in the in-house manufactory, are a delight for the eye and the palate. The highland coffees from small provinces are roasted in a gentle low-temperature process. This allows irritants and bitter substances to escape and the aromas to develop particularly well, making them easy on the stomach and digestible.
As with coffee, only the very best raw materials are used in the production of chocolate. Katharina Boye and her team are constantly producing new, refined chocolate variations and inspire with a wealth of ideas and craftsmanship.
